Jem Finer

As part of a project to explore the relationships between sound and the moving image, celebrated artist, musician, composer and founder of the band The Pogues, Jem Finer joins ICIA for a week as ‘Artist in Residence’, leading to a work in progress performance, 7.30pm. Choral Concert
Organum’s forthcoming choral concert will take place in the Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Marshfeld at 7.30pm. It promises to be a beautiful programme of a variety of classic works, from the well-known Haydn’s Little Organ Mass to lesser madrigals and part songs. From the mid-Seventies, they spent more time in the States and Canada, where their albums charted for five years as they toured with Santana, the Eagles, Peter Frampton, Blue Oyster Cult, King Crimson and Frank Zappa. Classics by Candlelight

Classics by Candlelight is an annual community charity concert with the Lorein Ensemble and the Royal High School Ceilidh Band. The programme will include Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No 5, 7.30pm.
